Emily Olszewski
Emily Olszewski is a figurative painter based in Akron, Ohio in the midwestern United States. She earned her BFA in painting from The University of Akron in 2019, and her MFA from Kent State University in 2024. Olszewski’s work draws from pop culture and themes of feminine communication and community. She has had various solo exhibitions in the Akron and Cleveland areas, as well as recent participation in the SPRING/BREAK Art Show in New York City in September of 2024. Emily’s work has been highlighted in Two Coats of Paint blogazine, as well as the 51st edition of Create Magazine.
